The Wonders of Charcoal, Part 2

As I mentioned the other day, my dad experienced severe antibiotic poisoning 3.5 years ago. He was prescribed Levaquin (which is from the Cipro family of drugs) for a respiratory infection. Five days after starting the antibiotics, he could barely walk. He was told after the fact that one of the most common side effects from taking this drug was Achilles’ tendonitis. Well, both achilles’ tendons have been completely destroyed (as in, they don’t exist anymore), he has close to complete numbness in his feet and lower legs and the nerve damage and pain is severe.

After we had the conversation about the charcoal body bar helping remove the toxins and after-affects from his surgery earlier this summer for diverticulitis (gosh, he’s had a rough journey), I was telling him about the charcoal mask and how it’s great in drawing the crap out of our bodies, whether it’s on the face, spot treating zits, or even on the pits. He had an idea, ordered some, and the next thing I know, I’m getting a picture via text of his feet completely covered in charcoal mask! (Thought I’d spare him the posting of that pic!)

Within minutes of using the mask on his feet he definitely felt something happen. Like something was being drawn down and out his feet. Toes having more energy than he can remember them having, more movement possible. As he waited, the drawing down started in his calf muscles, then knees, then up into the hips.

There’s something to this charcoal, friends.

I checked in with him today to see how he was feeling three days after trying the mask. Significant improvement in flexibility (didn’t have any in his left foot) in both feet. Right foot feels close to normal and for the first time in a long time (3.5 years), he was able to crack his left knuckles! He is still feeling the energy drawing out his Achilles’ and feet.

This is amazing. He’s going to start using it 2-3x a week. Imagine the difference in six months?!
