Maya Angelou said, "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better."
No one would argue right now that we are in need of global community and healing, even at a distance. The healers need to heal, those that serve need to serve. My greatest wish is that I can offer both to my community.
These donation based offerings are a small snippet into the more long term individual sessions I will be offering later this summer.

OPEN SADHANA (evening edition)

This open Sadhana will include pranayama, mantra chanting and more of a lunar practice (yin and restorative) to prepare us for a good night's sleep. Bring a journal and writing tool of choice, a yoga mat or comfortable cushion.
NOURISH THE NIGHT: BACK TO SCHOOL
Friday August 21, 7-8:30pm
If you are anything like me, there is a lot of anxiety and fear surrounding the idea of our kids going back to school in person. I invite you to join me in an evening devoted to meditation and restorative yoga, along with a focus on clean and safe skincare. Enrollment is limited to 30 participants and you must sign up in advance. Upon registering you will receive a skincare quiz to help me determine the best products for your skin. You will then receive a goody package either via mail or if local, dropped off, including Beautycounter samples specifically for your skin type, a charcoal mask, a calming tea packet. Start the school year off right, grounding yourself so that you can be ready to take care of your kids. Deadline to sign up, Friday August 14th; Tuesday August 18 for locals. Packages will be sent out following registration.

For those who are ready to commit to looking inward on a deeper level, this is the option for you. This independent journey will guide you to unpack old stories, fears, unhealthy habits as you turn to meditation as well as other wellness tools. Depending on what the client or I feel they need, I will guide them with a certain meditation or mantra, perhaps the stories of a certain Hindu deity (they are merely stories that everyone can relate to, never meant to infringe upon religious beliefs) and a chant to be practiced daily. I would also add breathwork, gentle movement (or energetic, depending on their needs), perhaps add a stone or crystal or mala, journaling, and other daily rituals to add to their life (Ayurveda). Sadhana means practice and this practice will be a commitment of 40 days, including an intro session prior to Day One and a wrap up session after Day 40. The other four sessions will be scheduled roughly 10 days apart.
