Evening Open Sadhana

Every other Thursday Evening, 8:30pm MST
Via Zoom

This Sadhana will include pranayama, mantra chanting and more of a lunar practice (yin and restorative) to prepare us for a good night's sleep. Bring a journal and writing tool of choice, a yoga mat or comfortable cushion. Perhaps light a candle, lower the lights, have a cup of warm tea or a glass of wine by your side, and settle into your seat before joining. Please register at least 30 minutes before the session.

Slow Flow and Restore

Fridays at 10am (MST)
via Zoom

75 min asana practice allowing you to create space in your body and mind through breathwork, gentle and restorative movement.
To support your practice:
+2 blocks
+1 blanket (at least)
+1 bolster
+ please wear loose, comfortable, layered clothing

75 min practice focusing on pranayama, the vayus, and chakra work to balance and support your body and mind from the ground up. A heightened sense of awareness, focus, connection will leave you feeling whole and ready to welcome what life brings.
To support your practice:
