This Sadhana will include pranayama (breathwork), mantra chanting and a lunar practice (yin and restorative) to prepare you for a good night's sleep. Bring a journal and writing tool of choice, a yoga mat or comfortable cushion. Two blocks, a bolster or cushion and a blanket will support this practice. Perhaps light a candle, lower the lights, have a cup of warm tea or a glass of wine by your side, and settle into your seat before joining.
