Yoga came into my life just at the right time, as I was beginning a new chapter in my life, devoted to my True Self. I am a life-long student, passionate about Hindu traditions and deities, chakra and energy work, Ayurveda and Bhakti Yoga. I incorporate many of these aspects into my own teaching. I offer challenging classes, not only for the physical body, but also for the mind and emotional self.
All offerings are donation based unless otherwise noted

Slow Flow & Restore

Fridays at 10am (MST)
via Zoom

75 min asana practice allowing you to create space in your body and mind through breathwork, gentle flow and restorative movement.


To support your practice:
+2 blocks
+1 blanket (at least)
+1 bolster
+ please wear loose, comfortable, layered clothing

Chakra Balance and Restoration

Last Sunday of the Month
12:15 pm (MST)

7 restorative poses in 45 minutes. This practice will guide you through balancing the subtle energies in the body, known as chakras, from the ground to the crown. Prepare to be be blissed out.

+1 blanket (at least)
+1 bolster
+ please wear loose, comfortable, layered clothing

Vinyasa

Sundays at 4:30 pm (MST)
via PranaTonic (currently virtual, only)

90 minutes to re-connect with yourself through meditation, pranayama and slow flow asana. All levels welcome. It is your practice, take from it as you need.
